WHAT TO EXPECT
Creative Facilities & Operations play a key role within the Creative Organisation. The following position has become available and are looking to recruit into this position.

  • Lead and manage all daytoday resource of AV & IT Operations & systems, also lead internal support teams within the Creative Organisation.
  • Manage the development of the Creative Organisation Infrastructure in collaboration with JLR AV & Digital and other IT providers.
  • Lead on AV & IT operations projects, where each project will involve collaboration with Creative teams to achieve an overall larger objective or vision.
  • To research creative specific tools and technologies that bring value to the Creative Organisation and improve the overall experience for the creatives.
  • To be the technical point of contact for the Creative Organisation for AV & IT Support function
  • To act as the interface between Vehicle Design, Brand Design and Digital teams
  • To take the lead role in all Creative Organisation AV technologies
  • Manage 3rd party creative vendors and SLAs.
  • To make improvements where opportunities exist within the Creative Portfolio.
  • Liaise with creatives on a proactive basis to deliver an ever greater experience
  • Hands on approach to the implementation of "bigger picture" solutions
  • Responsibility for the training and technical development of the local team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Managing and Organising on a daily basis the AV & IT support team
  • Be the support lead for the Facilities Manager
  • Ensuring all IT equipment & solutions are ordered for BAU operations & new starters
  • Delegation of workload
  • Monitoring of Staff Performance
  • Monitoring of cost of quotes and cost savings
  • Manage an efficient operational resource schedule to within budgeted hours.
  • Liaise with all levels throughout the Creative Organisation, across all disciplines, in order to deliver the required concepts, whilst understanding key requirements and providing technical solutions.
  • Fully understand the creative process, whilst having the ability and knowledge to challenge and promote alternative solution, when appropriate, in order to maximise the success in delivery of the required design assets.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive in supporting creative delivery, encouraging direct communication and interaction across all levels and across all disciplines.
  • Assist with ownership of virtual reviews and presentation material that provides support for market research events and product launches.
  • Organising training for team members of new skills in the Creative Organisation and support with the departmental skills matrix.
  • Support key Supplier events identifying vision for the future and new technology development, whilst liaising with other world leading OEM's and evaluating best working practices.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Essential:

  • Educated to degree level in a Computer IT bias discipline.
  • Strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Conference Room and

Venue Equipment:
Sound, Projection/Display, and sound knowledge of AV control systems.
