Due to a staff promotion, Metro Mechanical Services is looking to recruit an
Administration Assistant to join the
PPM Mobilisation Team based at our Gravesend, Kent HQ.

We will offer training, development, and opportunity to the successful individual and in return ask for a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to develop, along with good communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

This role will involve administration and supporting the department with day-to-day requests from our high-profile Nationwide Customers.

You will be checking/updating client portals, keeping clients informed on the progress of jobs, updating job requests, formulating estimates, answering the telephone and general administrative tasks.

This is a busy team so the ability to communicate well and work under pressure is essential.

Working hours:
Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours.
