    We've got an incredible opportunity for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is hybrid, being mainly remote but with regular meet-ups as required with the VP of Sales, so you'll need to be based in Woking, London or the surrounding areas.

    You'll need your own pc/laptop and headset, but we'll provide all the necessary software. Working hours will be on US time, so it's essential you can work between 1 pm - 9 pm, Monday - Friday.

    Salary: £30,00 - 35,000 per year

    Your mission

    The Sales Operations Administrator ensures smooth sales operations by offering administrative support, managing the CRM (Pipedrive), organizing calendars and meetings, and assisting with email communications for the sales team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's Pipedrive CRM system
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and taking detailed meeting notes
    • Serve as a point of contact for sales inquiries, requests, and escalations, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
    • Generate sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and trends
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
    • Facilitate communication and information sharing between sales and other departments to support integrated business operations
    • Participate in meetings, projects, and initiatives aimed at improving overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness

    Our ideal Sales Operations Administrator would have:

    • Experience as a Sales Operations Assistant/Administrator or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company
    • An understanding of the sales process
    • Experience in managing CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive (or similar)
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • The ability to be able to pivot with changes in systems, technologies, and processes
    • The ability to be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
