About the team:


The
Office Manager is a key role in the Property Services team, and will be responsible for leading and supporting the Corporate Services team.

What you will be doing:


This is high profile role within our London office where you will provide 1st class customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and staff to OSB Group on a day to day basis.

With your excellent organisation and communication skills you willensure the smooth running of the office and all matters relating to facilities, health & safety and fire regulations.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the Corporate Services Team in providing an efficient and professional Front of House, providing support and cover as required across the Estate
  • Coordinate meeting rooms requested for large events to include catering and IT support
  • Identifying and raising any findings from weekly office inspections, escalating as necessary
  • Collate monthly Departmental reporting for key services and service level agreements; highlighting weaknesses and or issues if they occur.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Services Team
  • Provide Health and Safety support to employees and contractors including DSE assessments
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with 3rd party contractors and suppliers
  • Support the Property Services Manager with tasks relating to Fleet/Fareham Offices
  • Regular meetings with managing agents to ensure all compliance documentation is filed and systems are updated

In return for your commitment
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £40,000 - £45,000 and a competitive benefits package


Could you be the one?
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience/knowledge and qualifications set out below:

  • 3 years previous experience of an Office Manager or Facilities manager is essential
  • Previous experience on advising DSE & Risk assessments is essential
  • Experience of working with MS Office packages including outlook, word, excel, and electronic calendars
  • Strong knowledge of First Aid and Fire Marshal management
  • Demonstrable in depth knowledge of health and safety legislation within a busy office environment
  • Qualification in IOSH Managing Safely is essential (or willingness to attain)
  • Ideally previous experience of working with managing Agents
