    The Role / Responsibilities:

    You'll lead UX design in our Workflows team and be involved from research to strategy to implementation, you'll drive cross functional collaboration to solve complex user-software problems that help our customers become as productive as possible within our platform.

    On a day-to-day basis, you'll plan and execute user research, uncover and document underserved needs and be able to plot multiple paths to success while confidently articulating the trade-offs for any given approach.

    As part of the UX team you'll help to influence our partners and their approach, strategy, and processes. You'll be an internal champion for exceptional product quality and the need for cohesive experiences.

    You'll play a leading role in helping to drive the UX team's excellence in execution. You'll guide other designers, bringing them along with the wider UX strategy by using your leadership skills to provide timely feed back and mentorship that aligns thinking and unblocks others.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience building highly complex data driven software products with multidisciplinary teams and cross functional stakeholders.
    • Excellent leadership, collaboration and communication skills: You can plan and conduct engaging workshops, frame your ideas and solutions in a compelling way and present your work effectively.
    • The ability to understand and push constraints, drive alignment and think critically to de-risk a problem.
    • Think holistically, move between the macro and micro view of the problem space to design scalable systems behind the UI.
    • Excellent interaction design skills: You'll have an understanding of multi-step and cross-platform flows. Proficiency in sketching, wireframing, designing and mapping user journeys.
    • A deep understanding of user research: You centre the user throughout the process. You're aware of different research methodologies and can use them to unlock insights that enable solutions to be as intuitive as they are delightful.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to be comfortable with, and embrace ambiguity.
    • Working knowledge of Sketch/Figma or similar design tools.
    • A portfolio showing your process and decision-making skills, as well as the final deliverables.
