    This global law firm with fabulous new offices located in the heart of the City are seeking to hire a new eBilling Specialist to join their busy Finance team in the London office.

    Salary 50-60k DOE & Benefits packageStandard hours 9.30am to 5.30pm, 3days in the office and 2 days remote4 years previous ebilling experience requiredThe eBilling Specialist will provide ebilling support to all Partners in the London office, including researching ebilling related issues, preparing and distributing ebilling proformas, invoices, and ebilling related reports.

    The eBilling Specialist will proactively advise Partners to discuss ongoing ebilling matters and ensure that all transactions are recorded according to accounting standards.

    Reporting directly into the Revenue Manager, this is a fantastic eBilling Specialist opportunity to join a leading global law firm:

    eBilling Specialist Responsibilities:

    Onboarding clients' onto the eBilling platform, ensuring that eBills are promptly uploaded and that rejections and queries are dealt with efficiently by close liaising with the Revenue team, PAs and Partners.

    Working directly with wider teams and vendors to implement new eBilling platforms ensuring integration with Elite 3EAct as main point of contact and oversee eBilling MailboxLead on testing and maintenance of the Electronic Billing Hub (EBH) system and provide training with various other platforms to support the rollout to the global team.

    Liaise with Revenue Controllers and PAs on the re-submission of invoices to ensure any corrective action has taken place.

    Ensure policies and compliance procedures are maintained at all timesAttend meetings with eBilling clients to discuss ongoing issues and improve efficiencies.


    Skills as an eBilling Specialist:


    Minimum 4 years previous ebilling experience from a recognised law firmGood working knowledge of 3Ea and various ebilling platformsStrong knowledge of various LEDES files.

    Proven understanding of ebilling in foreign currencies & associated issues.
    Good working knowledge of the SAR and VAT regulations within the UK & Europe.
