    Job Description

    Are you a Project Surveyor eager to work on groundbreaking projects that have the power to make a difference in the world? Join our London team as a Project Surveyor, where you'll contribute to large-scale Mixed-use and/or Residential schemes. Collaborate with like-minded professionals who are committed to innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions.

    • Our team has a proven track record of successfully completing local and international projects.

    Our Team:

    • Our London team comprises 120 cost managers who work across different sectors and are part of our larger 500-member strong UK+I Cost Management team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Deliver a comprehensive range of Cost Management services to AECOM clients.
    • Lead Cost Management commissions and ensure successful project delivery.
    • Mentor and support Graduates and Apprentices.
    • Manage commissions efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
    • Develop strong relationships with clients and project team members.
    • Act as the main point of contact for AECOM clients.
    • Ensure all team members receive relevant training.
    • Provide cost management outputs within agreed timelines and quality standards.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience in a consulting environment offering a full range of CM services.
    • Ability to provide advice on cost, value, and risk to clients and design teams.
    • Proficiency in IT tools for digital measurement, cost planning, and tender documents.
    • Knowledge of different project types, sizes, and sectors.
    • Experience in the Residential and/or Mixed-use sector is advantageous.
    • Capable of working independently and collaboratively with Senior Cost Managers on project delivery.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
    • Professional qualification ideally with RICS, CIOB, or equivalent institution.
    • CSCS card.
