My client, a leading manufacturer of bakery products has recently undergone significant investment giving them increased presence in their well established marketplace. They have a worldwide focus across all continents and their reputation is second to none, within this specialist field of baked products. They have a presence, within manufacturing, development, and distribution, leading a secure environment as part of this expanding group.

Key Skills

• Apprentice Trained Engineer in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience of FMCG Environment & Automated Machinery
• Understanding of PPM Systems

The Role

You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, on a day to day basis you will be involved in engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies, working on several fast moving packaging lines. The successful candidate will work with ovens, cookers, conveyors, packaging machinery and wrappers. Ideally the candidate will have experience from within a highly automated fast paced environment. The company offer a huge amount of training, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
