As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager, working within a children s residential home that offers support for up to three young people aged between 11-18 years who are experiencing extreme trauma and are at high risk of further exploitation, by remaining in their current communities.

To be responsible for the admin and childcare functions of the home in the absence of the registered manager
Support with the training and development of employees
Ensuring Ofsted compliance and quality standards
Promoting quality standards, policies and procedures and legislation
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is essential. (Creative and able to use own initiative
Manual driving license (use of onsite vehicles)
Be available to work on-call and complete sleep-in shifts as and when required
