Mechanical Supervisor
Facilities Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join the
Chichester team.

In this role, you will run the mechanical section of the FM team which includes gas engineers, plumbers and general building repair staff including direct and sub-contractors.

The Role

Developing, motivating, and leading a team of various skilled operatives
Managing H&S and compliance
Ensuring PPM and reactive works are meeting KPI targets.
Quoting for repairs and new works
Liaison and development of customer relations

Required

Experienced in Facilities Maintenance with mechanical background.
The ability to quote and deliver profitable projects.
The ability to manage a team and deliver improved performance.
A valid Gas Safe certificate, this is an advantage but isn't essential.
A full UK Driving licence.
