The EMEA Head of Executive Solutions will identify and build relationships with our partners, prospects and customers helping to connect them with Meta's vision for the world's next computing platform, whilst strengthening trust and confidence in Meta as a technology partner.

You will help executives confidently move forward in their decision making process, feel appreciated and understood, and inspired that their business outcomes are more easily reached in partnership with Meta.

This role reports to the Global Head of Executive & Nonprofit Solutions and as the primary Partner for the EMEA region within the Executive Engagement team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Executive Briefings are accessible to all RL Sales channels in the region.

The role requires that this individual be knowledgeable and confident when interacting with executives and have the ability to facilitate complex briefings.

This individual must be able to work well in a geographically-distributed, small team environment and cross-functionally across the company, have the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with internal and external clients.

EMEA Executive Solutions Lead - RL Executive Engagement Team Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on an effective Executive Briefing Program for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives, and to help Exec clients deepen their knowledge, usage and success of Meta's

Reality Labs Products:
Quest, Horizon, Ray Ban Meta, Meta for Work.

Highly curated Executive Briefings align content, inspirational Meta speakers and thought leaders, alongside immersive product experiences that showcase the art of the possible.


  • Working with the Global Executive Solution Leads, serve as the primary point of contact for the Executive Briefing Program in the EMEA region. Collaborate with the RL Sales Channel teams in the region to leverage Executive Briefings as a strategic engagement for accelerating sales opportunities and deepening / strengthening partner relationships.
  • Create valuable and trusted net new external Executive relationships which strengthen Meta as a key strategic partner.
  • Actively contribute to the crossteam efforts to Identify, build and manage an internal network of thought leaders and speakers on immersive technologies and AI.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and crossfunctional partners to identify new ways to drive best practice, trends and thought leadership in the Executive Briefings.
  • Represent the Meta & Reality Labs brand with authenticity and integrity in every interaction with customers, prospects, partners and at industry events.
  • Positioned and recognised by organizations as a trusted strategic partner who understands the depth and breadth of industry, vertical and functional environments in which they need to succeed.
  • Levels up customer relationships to Csuite / Exec.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 8+ years' experience in a customer facing role, supporting partner/channel sales activities for immersive technologies and / or SaaS.
  • A proven track record in successfully developing / advising on highimpact strategic technology transformation programs in complex matrix organizations.
  • Experienced Business Partner to senior leadership level in an international environment.
  • Results driven mindset with a focus on measuring and improving program effectiveness.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines amidst a fastpaced, ambiguous environment.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to executive audiences.
