- Providing insights and recommendations to optimise billing processes and maximise revenue.
- Proven experience in billing analysis or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quick-Books, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
