    As a Billing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the billing processes. Working within our Finance team, you will be responsible for analysing billing data, resolving discrepancies, and providing insights to optimise revenue streams.

    Description

    Key responsibilities:

    • Reviewing and analysing billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to address billing-related issues and improve processes.
    • Generating and distributing invoices to clients in accordance with billing schedules.
    • Conducting regular audits to identify potential revenue leakage and implement corrective actions.
    • Providing insights and recommendations to optimise billing processes and maximise revenue.

    Profile

    The successful candidate requires:

    • Proven experience in billing analysis or similar role.
    • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quick-Books, SAP).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
