We are looking for a Neighbourhood Services Officer who is experienced in customer centred delivery of services and committed to working with our residents to improve ISHA's neighbourhoods.

You need excellent interpersonal skills and a be driven by our Values.

Requirements:

You will act as custodian of ISHA's neighbourhoods and buildings ensuring that day to day services are delivered in a customer centred way and take ownership for the appearance of communal areas and the condition of buildings through a regular programme of inspections and liaison with contractors and colleagues.

You will also be the visible presence of ISHA in our Neighbourhoods, working with customers and stakeholders to improve the neighbourhood's attractiveness, cleanliness and safety.

You will have amongst other qualities: proven customer focus experience and Estate services and building inspection experience.
