- Frequent presence in the clubs, 90% club 10% office
- Work closely on the crowd curation at election and renewal
- Support Manager to intercept 'At Risk members'
- Work closely with member relations to support with meeting members at risk of non-renewals
- Work with events team (ideas and introductions) and support to ensure a wide range members attend the Club's events
- Lead by example with by protecting business
- Maintain a positive attitude to ensure the team are motivated and aligned with business expectations
- Bring forward viable prospects leads for potential memberships
- Regular reporting to Directors and senior team on progress, success and challenges
- Actively brainstorm and implement (with the support of Directors) new actions to drive the Annabel's business
- Manage complaints and actions to support the team
- Ensure that the committee & board members of each Club adhere to the deliverables in their agreements
- Ensure No Shows and Dress code issues are dealt with timely, and reporting is updated
- Meet monthly membership election budget figures for each Club
- Work with other departments to ensure a wide range of members attend the Clubs events.
- Keep in regular communication with members and also staff in the Club ensuring member satisfaction
- Provide regular feedback on evening club visits and ensure follow ups are actioned
- Manage Memberships committees for both Annabel's and George ensuring objectives are monitored and opportunities followed up with each committee member
- Support Director and senior managers develop and execute strategic plans to attract new members to The Birley Clubs.
- Be present a minimum of 2 evenings per week in the Club(up to club closing club or social/business events)

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred, but not essential
- Proven experience in membership development, luxury brand management, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong network and experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the luxury lifestyle and private club industry

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Membership Development Manager to join the Membership team at The Birley Cubs.
The Birley Clubs operate some of the world's most iconic private members' clubs; Annabel's, Mark's Club, George, Harry's Bar and Bath & Racquets Club.
As Membership Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in expanding and enriching our membership base, fostering strong relationships with existing members, and ensuring the continued growth and success of our exclusive clubs.
