    Job Title:
    Early Careers Talent Manager

    Reporting into: Head of Delivery

    Location: Manchester or London

    Package: £50-£55k DOE

    The Delivery Manager role is essential to Grayce's growth strategy and maintaining the highest levels of service.

    You will be responsible for:
    • Mentoring our Project Analysts to promote development and personal career progression.
    • Coaching our Project Analysts to optimise their performance and delivery on client site.
    • Liaising with client contacts to ensure our service is aligned to the client's needs and analyst performance meets or exceeds their expectations.

    Collaboration: You will work closely with the rest of the delivery and sales teams to manage the Analyst and client lifecycles, whilst identifying new growth opportunities.

    Specific Role Duties

    Management and Development

    • Managing a circa 30-35 Analysts with direct responsibility for delivering the Grayce Development Programme
    • Take charge of coaching and mentoring your Analysts to help increase their professional and technical capabilities. Whether this be on development areas or for client interview prep, you are the expert in their Grayce journey and will have a great impact on their early career.
    • Analyse the performance of your team to further identify development areas, potential risks and track progress.
    • Deliver 1-2-1 sessions and appraisal reviews. Utilise Grayce's leading development approach to give structured learnings and feedback to aid career progression.
    • Resource planning and utilisation is a key part of this role. Working with the wider team to achieve specific utilisation targets and maximise the use of our resources.

    Delivery

    • Managing between 5 to 8 accounts you will build and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders across your customer base
    • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of placing and retaining Analysts with customers, alongside being proactive with identifying new opportunities for growth within these accounts.
    • Validate, qualify and manage client requirements, as well as the commercial and procurement processes.
    • Proactively identify, resolve and escalate delivery risks across customer accounts in order to mitigate potential future issues.

    Skills And Experience

    • Coaching and mentoring experience with a demonstrable background in developing emerging talent
    • Experience managing teams, ideally within a change, data or tech environment.
    • Experience with planning and reporting.
    • Knowledge and understanding of corporate operating models, organisational structure and enterprise architecture.
    • Experience building commercial relationships.
    • Experience with stakeholder management across all levels of an organisation.
    • Previous experience, or a strong understanding, of operating in a business change and transformation or technology environment.
