Impact Recruitment are currently recruiting for a
Maintenance Engineerwhere you will be responsible for monitoring and analysing current processes within a plant.
Permanentrole on a long term basis with progression available.
You will be directly reporting to the Engineering Manager, working closely to learn the operations of the plant and advising for improvement.

Maintenance Engineer
Contract:
Permanent
Hours:9am-5pm (flexibility required in some circumstances)
Location:
Northampton
Pay:
£40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Duties:
- Monitor technical aspects of production installations
- Optimise efficiency of installations
- Propose and implement improvement strategies
- Design and implement new projects
- Provide technical support to onsite engineers and production teams
- Deliver improvement results
- Follow up QSHE procedures
- Follow H&S
- Support maintenance down time
- Time keeping
Requirements:
- Have an engineering qualification
- Numatic and hydraulic competence
- Manufacturing experience desireable
- Problem solving experience
- Teamwork abilities
- Proactive communication
- Selfdriven
