Top Job Recruitment are looking for an Administrator for a company based in Earls Colne that provides conveyancing searches and reports to the legal and property industry.


If you want to work closely with every local authority in Essex, to provide accurate reports required by Solicitors and Conveyancers, while training and developing yourself in an office environment, then this could be the job for you.


Job Role:

  • Analysing data on local authority searches and regulated council searches
  • Inputting correct and accurate data on the documents
  • Checking that all documents are filed precisely and correctly
  • Following procedure set by the company
  • Scanning, filing documents
  • General admin when required

Skills Needed:

  • A full driving licence and car due to location
  • An acute eye for detail
  • The want to learn and develop
  • A thorough approach when dealing with projects
