We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join our growing team either based in Edinburgh or Nether Alderley.


As a Product Owner you will lead a team who are responsible for the delivery of changes to improve the experience and outcomes for our customers and our business.

About the role

Envisage long-term goals that provide good customer outcomes to meet objectives aligned to the overall Royal London purpose and strategy
Ownership of the proposition vision and co-ordination of a broad set of stakeholders to enable efficient and aligned delivery for our customers, advisors, and employers
Deploy impactful features into a broader proposition, utilising techniques such as service design and design thinking to align the whole ecosystem (includes digital, telephony and marketing communications)
Enable the join up across a range of stakeholders and 3rd parties, creating alignment around what needs done, when and towards the vision
Identify proposition gaps through customer experience mapping, data and insight do drive the right prioritisation of solution delivery for our customers, advisors, and employers
Manage all resources and other costs to budget, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed
Lead and develop the team through appropriate coaching to deliver the right solutions for our customers and business

About you

An ability to drive innovation to deliver a differentiated experience for our members, advisors, and employers
Comfortable working in an agile environment
Experience managing and mitigating risks to enable effective risk management and to ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met
Demonstrate a proven track record developing and delivering change in a multi-channel environment
You respond positively to change, guiding your team and stakeholders through ambiguity to meet the desired customer outcomes aligned to the Royal London Purpose and Strategy
