A' Licence Mechanic
easyJet's Engineering and Maintenance team are renowned for their innovative solutions and as part of the team you will have the opportunity to engage with all aspects of the airline's operation to deliver the highest standards of aircraft performance.
As a member of the Engineering and Maintenance team you will play a part in delivering Europe's highest technical despatch reliability as recognised by Airbus.
With the current program introducing the cutting-edge NEO aircraft and the arrival of the A321 in 2018 there couldn't be a better time to join the team.
What you'll be doing
The 'A' Licensed Mechanic will perform defect rectification and routine servicing as directed by the Duty Engineer or Certifying Licensed Aircraft Engineer in accordance with your authorization scope and approved maintenance documentation.
easyJet maintain the highest safety standards possible and as part of your role you will ensure that the maintenance activity performed supports both regulatory standards and easyJet's industry leading safety and technical standards.
What you'll bring to the team
We are looking for someone who holds UK Part 66 A license and authorisation or equivalent on company aircraft
Be able to demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of applicable airworthiness legislation, ideally hold a time served apprenticeship and operational experience in a line maintenance environment
The ability to use aircraft maintenance documentation and computer-based reporting and recording systems

where do you want to go?This full-time role will be based in Bristol working NNNN 10.75 hour shifts. Shift pattern will 4x4 with occasional travel requirements to easyJet's headquarters or network locations
