Commercial/ Projects Lawyer 2+ To £££Rare opening at this leading firm for an ambitious lawyer to work on a broad range of commercial advisory and transactional work for both private and public clients primarily in the healthcare, government, housing and emergency services sectors.
You will advise on a number of market leading matters in the PFI / Projects / Infrastructure arenas including a number of schemes within the NHS New Hospital Programme and also advise on terminating PFI contracts.
You will have experience of drafting, negotiating and advising on a breadth of project documents and any knowledge of disputes issues will also be advantageous.
