    About The Role

    We have a great opportunity for a Paralegal to join our fast paced and growing Volume Litigation Team at DAS Law, based in our modern city centre Bristol office.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to proactively handle a caseload of personal and commercial contract dispute cases, acting for both Claimants and Defendants. The successful applicant can initially expect to manage of a caseload of Small Claim cases, from receipt of instructions through to negotiation of settlement. Once confidence is built at the pre-litigation stage, and always under appropriate supervision, the role holder will be expected to handle litigated cases and progress these through the court process.     About You

    We are keen to hear from candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both external customers and internal stakeholders.

    We are open to considering candidates from a range of different employment backgrounds (including legal, civil service, administration, retail, customer service) who are motivated to develop their legal skills and can demonstrate great customer service.

    In addition, we are open to considering LLB/GDL or LPC graduates, ILEX, or those with equivalent experience who are ambitious, conscientious candidates that are keen to be part of an exciting future. It would be ideal if you have some knowledge or understanding of contract law and the litigation process, but this is not essential.
