    PCLC primary schools are a group of highly inclusive schools, working together in Harlow as part of The Passmores Cooperative Learning Community.

    The Director of Primary Inclusion post is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring practitioner to play a pivotal role in the leadership and development of the primary schools within PCLC.The ideal candidate will develop and support provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and play a significant role in influencing outcomes for hundreds of children.

    Be a qualified SEND/inclusion leader (NaSENCO qualification or equivalent) to work across our trust in a non-class-based role.

    Be passionate about supporting all children including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to achieve and succeed.

    Have some experience of curriculum and policy development in relation to inclusion, as well as training, developing and supporting other staff.

    Be a positive, proactive, collaborative person with great interpersonal skills, who works and communicates well with children and adults.
