Facilities Assistant (Fixed Term)

Reports to:
Property Manager and Assistant Manager

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Based:
On-site Wolverhampton

We are an established provider of quality student accommodation and are looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant to carry out general cleaning, security and caretaking duties of our student accommodation at Heantun Point in Wolverhampton.

These duties will include cleaning of stairwells, security, carrying out repairs, reporting faults, making access arrangements for contractors and prospective new tenants whilst liaising with residents and office staff in order to maintain the development to a high standard.

The position includes Monday - Friday Rotating Shift pattens between 7am - 8pm.
