THE ROLE
The journey towards modern luxury is enabled by technologies that integrate seamlessly with the vehicle, delivering features and functions that are intuitive and customer focussed.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of system/software being developed to meet business requirements on time with appropriate quality and at the right cost and the planning, coordination, delivery and reporting of requirements to support programme milestones in conjunction with Agile methodologies.
- Coordinate design verification test plans, including detailed planning of test and development stages through to sign off and support engineering test teams with rectification of issues.
- Manage software release and coordinate software introduction with key stakeholders (including manufacturing plants).
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
In order to be considered for this position it is advantageous to hold a formal qualification such as Degree within Engineering or suitable experience delivering electronic products in the automotive environment.
- Technical knowledge of invehicle software management and automotive vehicle networks.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Experience in developing and delivering automotive electronic products.
- Knowledge of display technologies.
- An understanding of software architectures, automotive diagnostics, error detection and recovery.
- Experience of building and managing multiple internal and external relationships in complex stakeholder environments.
