The Consultancy Group have partnered with a Fast-Growth Global Technology business who are looking to recruit a Director of Commercial Finance and FP&A.

Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Commercial Finance and FP&A will work closely with the board and will help shape strategic priorities for the business. They will work in partnership with the Finance, Commercial and Data Analytics teams to enable data driven decision making and drive continued growth across all their markets.

Duties include:

• Leading the global budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
• Ensure budget and forecast processes drive business insights, recommendations, and results.
• Lead the storytelling, analysis and production of materials used for communication to the Exec Team and Board of Directors
• Lead analysis of key metrics and financial results to deliver insights on company financial performance.
• Continue to build a finance business partner network throughout the business.
• Lead and develop the Commercial Finance and FP&A team.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Finance Professional with a background in SaaS Metrics. They will have proven Commercial Finance, FP&A and Analytical skills gained in a fast-growth and scale up environment. They will have an empathetic and inspirational leadership style coupled with positive influencing skills and will be used to supporting teams to deliver deadlines and goals.
