    Description


    We're looking for a General Manager for our seaside destination pub in Orford village, this seasonal pub is exceptionally busy in the summer months.

    We've got 4 bedrooms on site

    There is live-in available with this role

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Developing a high performing and motivated team.
    • Responsible for the successful management of the entire business including kitchen/ restaurant /bar /function rooms & events / garden spaces.
    • Strong controls for labour, stock & financial planning are essential
    • To always exceed guest expectations and provide best in class hospitality to our guests.
    • Passion for food is a must

    Ideally you will have:

    • Passion for fresh food hospitality
    • Proven experience in a high-end busy restaurant / hotel environment at a similar level.
    • Previous experience of budgets, recruitment stock control, ordering & team management.
    • Ability to manage a multifaceted, fast paced business where every day if different.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • A positive 'Can Do' attitude and lead by example
