    Our client is a luxury beauty distributor and they're looking for a Finance Manager who is qualified in ACCA/ CIMA/ACA (or nearly qualified) and with at least four years of experience in finance related positions. You'll report to the Head of Finance and you'll be responsible for the Finance departments results.

    Bassed in London

    Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

    Salary: up to 50K

    The ideal candidate will have an an interest in wholesale/retail and commercial finance.

    The main roles and responsibilities are:

    • Preparation of the Full GB Management Accounts for the company
    • Monthly GB Balance review and reconciliation
    • Supporting the YE accounts process
    • Credit control.
    • Responsibility for Credit control
    • Directly manage the credit control for several key customers
    • Working towards and maintaining a DSO target
    • Responsibility for Brand and Supplier Payments including PO process.
    • Weekly update of the cash flow model to aid cash management.
    • Preparing and producing the Monthly brand and customer reporting information
    • Preparing the VAT returns for the business
    • Complete the monthly IOSS return.
    • Supporting Wholesale sales reporting
    • Responsibility for Bank reconciliation
    • Responsible for bi-annual Ecommerce profitability review
    • Responsibility for maintaining Customer Margins and Price files in Sage.
    • Creating ad hoc reports for the business
    • Accounts preparation and all above for a smaller sister company

    Required Experience

    · Qualified or Nearly Qualified in ACCA/ CIMA/ACA

    · Have experience of working in a fast-paced environment

    · Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

    · Be able to demonstrate commercial acumen to make recommendations to the wider business.

    · Have experience working with non-finance stakeholders with an excellent ability to build relationships.

    · Accuracy & good attention to detail

    · Accustomed to Sage or similar ERP.

    · Ability to work in a team and individually.

    · Be a strong team player.

    · Self-starter

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

    · Ideally the successful candidate will have team management responsibilities.
