- Undertaking holistic assessments of adults and children with a variety of physical, cognitive and/or learning disabilities impacting on mobility
- Working collaboratively with a variety of health care professionals; creatively accessing various funding options to help service users achieve not only their mobility goals, but to meet their wider health and wellbeing needs
- Working in partnership with the Personal Wheelchair Budget liaison officer to support service users in exploring options to meet their wider wellbeing needs
- Participation in projects and initiatives with the commissioners and NHS/local authority teams
- Involvement in our service user engagement strategy.
