    Arcade Operations Manager:
    Hospitality: Nationwide Base


    Our client is the fastest growing and the market leading boutique bowling business in the UK, with multiple venues across three brands.

    Think of them as your one-stop-shop for a great activity packed experience that also offers arcades, beer pong, pool, golf, darts, shooting pods, karaoke and much more


    We're looking for a passionate and hardworking Arcade Operations Manager to join them We have ambitious and exciting plans for the future.

    Could you be what we're looking for?


    You'll work closely with the operations and facilities teams across all our brands to prepare and update equipment, carry our troubleshooting, provide technical support and advice to our venue teams on a wide range of amusement and arcade equipment.

    Previous technical experience repairing arcade and amusement equipment is essential.

    The Role


    • A true knowledge and understanding of the latest FEC and arcade trends in the market.
    • Manage workflow to prioritise the repair and upkeep of all machinery.
    • Order and manage stock of all parts needed to complete preventative maintenance and installation.
    • Complete all testing and updates required.
    • Working with the property team to support with new site opening on order, placement, and preparation for installation of machines.
    • Responds to venue issues regarding machine malfunction to identify and fix issue in a timely manner.
    • Work with 3rd parties to ensure timely delivery of goods for our current venues and new site openings.
    • Be a point of contact for technical advice and support.
    • Ensure compliance of all applicable Health and Safety legislation.
    Working Arrangement


    • Field based.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & Bank Holiday when required.
    • Hotel overnight stays as required to meet the needs of the business.
    • Some international travel.
    • Attend and participate in company meetings.
    • Multiple platforms for communicating with HQ Support & site teams to include phone, email and Teams.
