    A mid-sized insights and growth strategy agency with a real foothold in the FMCG space. They combine advanced analytics with the creativity and human brilliance of their consultants to provide their clients with growth opportunities. Much of their work is in data and analytics, using tools such as Brandwatch and social listening tools and following it up by generating insights and strategic recommendations. Their size allows for multi-disciplinary and collaborative teams, yet an agile approach to working with clients that the larger companies cannot compete with.

    About The Role

    The role offer a diverse day-to-day, primarily centred around handling quantitative data and serving FMCG clients. Your focus will involve leveraging data and analytics to foster clients' expansion into uncharted territories. This includes analysing social trends and utilising social listening tools to understand consumer behaviour, generating actionable insights to address clients' key challenges.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Collecting and analysing quantitative data gathered by yourself and the wider team.
    • Leveraging said data to help the team generate actionable insights that can be passed on to clients.
    • Using social listening tools to understand how people think.
    • Collaborating closely with creative strategists.
    • Working on client liaisons as and when it is needed.
    • Understanding and immersing yourself in the challenges that clients face to properly grasp growth opportunities and the hurdles you may come across.
    • Acting as an ambassador for the agency whenever needed.

    About You

    • Fluent in both French and English.
    • Comfortable using new technologies and interested in how social media reflects real world behaviour.
    • A familiarity with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sysomos, or Affinio.
    • Previous experience in brand strategy, consumer / market research, data analytics, or social media management is important.
    • A great communicator and team player. Someone who can take the initiative and work independently or as part of a team.
    • An outside the box thinker.
