    • Proven Experience as a Business Development Manager within the IT Industry or Technology Service sector
    • Demonstrated success in developing and closing opportunities with new prospects, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
    • Self-sufficient and not reliant on Marketing efforts to generate leads and close deals
    • Strong understanding of sales and business Development processes, including lead generation, prospecting and negotiation.
    • Ability to find and close short-term profitable deals while leveraging the wider offerings to grow your accounts over the long term
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
    • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies
