Are you a qualified accountant looking for an opportunity to broaden your expertise and work within a unique environment?
We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to join us on a 12-month contract and support the work of the Director of Finance and Corporate Services at the Manchester Diocesan Board of Finance (MDBF).
The MDBF supports the work and ministry of the Church of England in Greater Manchester in its ambitious programme of transformation.
Working closely with the Director of Finance and alongside a small finance team, you will bring your skills and experience to support preparation of management accounts, annual budgets and year end accounts in accordance with Charities SORP regulations.
Although experience of working within the Church of England is not required, the post holder should be sympathetic to the aims and values of the Church.
