Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative, your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings.

You will be at the forefront directly working with the customers. Your main role will be to engage customers and promote the client's products and services.

You will be continuously learning new skills and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic and professional manner.

No two days are alike in this position, so outgoing and creative individuals are well suited to the role.

The team are looking for go-getters, self-starters, pacesetters, team players, trailblazers, game-changers who will be confident handling all aspects of customer acquisitions.

Your Background
Customer service, retail or sales experience is preferred.

However, the position will be allocated on attitude, passion and personality, so previous customer service or sales experience is not paramount This is a very customer-centric role, so you'll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face to face.

They are looking for individuals that will go above and beyond to deliver and who are determined to be the best.

Required skills and qualifications

Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritise
Ability to work individually and as a team member
