We are working with an NHS Trust seeking an enthusiastic Project Officer/Administrator to join their Estates and Facilities Department.In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and coordinating capital projects, making a significant impact on healthcare infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with project managers to facilitate seamless execution of capital projects.
- Organize and coordinate design meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation of project requirements.
- Maintain impeccable organization of project files and facilitate efficient project paperwork management.
- Capture comprehensive project briefs and deeply understand client requirements, aligning them with project objectives.
- Assist in procurement activities related to capital projects, ensuring compliance with NHS guidelines.
- Monitor and track project expenditures, maintaining precise financial records to contribute to budget management.
- Actively monitor project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing actionable solutions to ensure ontime delivery.
- Prepare regular project reports to keep stakeholders wellinformed about project status and milestones.
Essential Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, showcasing your ability to manage and analyse project data.
- Strong organisational acumen with meticulous attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for pursuing project management qualifications or PRINCE2 certification.
- A genuine passion for enhancing healthcare facilities through capital projects.
