    Description
    We are seeking passionate and dedicated Sport and Behaviour Mentors to join our team in NG2.

    The ideal candidates will have a background in sports, along with a desire to work within a Primary school setting, providing mentorship and support to students.

    Provide one-on-one and group mentorship sessions to students, focusing on sports engagement and behavioural development.
    Assist in the planning and delivery of sports-related activities and programs within the school.
    Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create personalized support plans for students.
    Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in a sports-related discipline (e.g., sports coaching, physical education).
    Experience working with children or young people in a coaching, mentoring, or educational setting.
    Understanding of safeguarding principles and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children and young people.

    Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to the needs of secondary school students and the school environment.

    Flexibility to work school hours and occasional evenings to support Parent's Evenings.

    Level 3 qualification or higher in a sports-related discipline.
    Knowledge of additional sports or physical activities.
