    We provide intermediate to advanced level desktop installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting services. We can also provide basic Wintel server installation, configuration, administration and break fix repairs.

    We support multiple business across the UK with their IT services, with our Engineers working at our customer sites to provide hands on support.

    This is a great opportunitiy for someone to join a great team, looking to push forward with their IT career within a global FTSE 250 business

    What you'll do
    • The role will be based onsite at our clients' offices in London
    • Provide basic to intermediate level desktop installation
    • Configuration, support and troubleshooting services in the Wintel environment
    • Providing basic desktop support, offering simple fixes and fixing known errors
    • Provide effective and efficient customer service to the customer
    • Communicate with the customer keeping them informed progress to avoid escalations
    • Becoming hardware and software skilled and accredited through the appropriate vendor training programmes.
    What you'll need
    • 2+ years experience in an IT support role
    • Desire to further your career in desktop support in a corporate setting
    • To be eligible for SC clearance
    • Customer focussed, happy to provide great service to users in a professional environment
    • Adaptable and welcoming of change and communicating change to customers
    • Great customer facing skills with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels
    • Ability to develop technical skills.
