Wentworth James FM are recruiting for an Air-Conditioning, Ventilation & Refrigeration Engineer within London and the South East.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be expected to take full responsibility for the Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration maintenance across several sites in and around London, the South and the South East.

The role will be mostly Reactive/Repair works but may occasionally (up to 10%) be Planned Maintenance works.


ROLE:
Air Conditioning Supervisor
Carrying out Reactive and Emergency Callout works on Air Conditioning, Ventilation & Refrigeration equipment.

• Carrying out pre-planned repair works on Air Conditioning, Ventilation & Refrigeration equipment.
• Complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure works are completed in a safe manner.
• 1 in 4 Callout Rota.

Minimum of 3 years field experience.

• Knowledge of Split Air Conditioning Systems.
• Knowledge of Ventilation Systems (Kitchen Extract & Air Handling Units)
• Able to diagnose and repair faults on a variety of Air Conditioning, Ventilation and small (domestic) Refrigeration equipment.
• Capable of completing electronic documentation in a timely manner.

Salary:
Up to £55k (Depending on Experience) DOE + overtime.
