This could be the place for youWe are looking for a Customer Service Agent - Claims, here at INSHUR; based in beautiful Brighton (sea, chips and seagulls included) and we split our working between home and the office (hybrid working) which typically includes working from our Brighton office at least twice a week.

    You'll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories including the UK, US and the Netherlands, and new European countries as we expand.

    Supported by and reporting to the Claims Manager, you'll have the opportunity to positively influence the average claims cost within the team by identifying intervention opportunities and providing customers with the best solution to meet their needs.

    A key strategic development is the formation of our own in-house claims department. Our goal is to provide superior customer claims experience.

    What you'll doYou will be crucial in ensuring that we embrace relevant technology and supplier support to positively enhance the customer's claim experience.

    As a natural team player you will ensure new claims are set up accurately and initial actions are completed, whilst embracing both the values and culture upon which INSHUR was founded.

    We don't have a checklist of skills - our hiring process is much more about aptitude and passion than ticking boxes.
