    Description

    As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from industrial tank cleaning to fuel testing, tank installations and decommissioning, fuel uplifts, and oil equipment maintenance. We value industry knowledge, but we're also committed to providing comprehensive training to the right candidate, ensuring your professional growth and development.

    As a fuel service engineer at Crown Oil Environmental, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your duties will include:

    • Working with various commercial and industrial fuel equipment, including tanks, pipelines, pumps, gauges, monitoring systems, polishing, and sampling.
    • Tank cleaning, fuel sampling, high-pressure jetting, commissioning and decommissioning, and remedial work on commercial fuel tanks.
    • Preparing detailed site and survey reports (RAMS) and ensuring that all activities comply with all statutory health and safety requirements and the company's Health and Safety Policy.
    • Monitoringstock levels, such as PPE and equipment used.
    • Fuel sampling and analysis, fuel filtering to the required specification, and undertaking site surveys and customer visits.

    To be a part of our team, you'll need:

    • A valid driver's license free of endorsements.
    • Excellent physical stamina as this role involves lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
    • Flexibility with travel, including overnight stays. Travel expenses and overtime paid.
    • CSCS Green Labourer Card.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
    • Knowledge of relevant safety procedures and protocols.
    • Ability to work in confined spaces and under various weather conditions.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Desirable requirements:

    • Confined spaces (High Risk) trained.
    • Working at height trained.
    • Previous experience in fuel tank cleaning, high-pressure hydrojetting or a related field.
