Reed Education Reading are currently working with a brand-new therapeutic school in the West Reading area to recruit for a Science Teacher from as soon as possible.

As a new school this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to put their stamp on something, with the possibility to really create a special environment for vulnerable children.

The role is offered on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible.

What are we looking for?

A fully qualified Science Teacher with QTS or QTLS ideally.
A teacher with either a primary or secondary school background.
Someone with a good working knowledge of the maths syllabus with experience creating specialised lessons based on individual needs.
Special educational needs experience, specifically social, emotional and mental health needs such as depression and anxiety.
