- Undertake lease advisory assignments commensurate with the role.
- Target business development opportunities working with colleagues within the Group and other departments of the Birmingham officeand wider firm.
- Look at strategic hires to bolster the Birmingham Lease Advisory business and develop the skills and potential of team members.
- Provide accurate management information to the Head of the Region and Senior Leadership Team of the Lease Advisory Group.
- Deliveringyear on year income and growth.
- Manage fee negotiations, billings, all team projects and debt recovery.
- Commercial acumen providing clients with the best solutions having the ability to identify opportunities beyond the immediate client brief.

- Experience of Expert Witness reporting writing is desirable but not essential.

A Director level position is required to lead the Birmingham Lease Advisory team, supporting the Headof the Regions, in the delivery of the business and development plans to achieve the Group's exciting goals. You would be joining a market leading team of 30 Surveyors based across JLL's UKoffice network having the opportunity to be part of influencing the team's future growth strategy in the Midlands.
The individual willalso move to play an integral role in the senior team of the Birmingham office focusedon strengtheningthe firm'slocal client base and targeting new opportunities working in conjunction with agency, investment and the other professional teams.
The primary aspect of the role will involve providing advice to JLL's investor and occupiers clients in connection to rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gearing and surrender assignments within the Midlands market. The individual will also be able toprovide general lease and rental advice to clients and colleagues across the firm.
