Key purpose of position
To provide administrative support to the Commercial Department, through handling of inspection and analysis quotations and general administration tasks.


Main duties will include but are not restricted to

  • Coordination and administration of inspection and analysis quotations
  • Assisting with annual tenders
  • Coordination of customer visits to ALS Inspection UK Ltd's office and laboratory
  • General department administration tasks
  • Generating of department statistics
  • Excel, PowerBi
  • Regular communication with customers, focusing on Spanish speaking customers.

Skills and competences

  • Fluent Spanish speaker
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service skills
  • You will have passion with working in a client facing environment
  • You will be an outstanding communicator, both written and verbally and have an ability to engage with international clients
  • You will be good at multitasking and time management
  • You will have great attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • A customer focussed individual.
  • Competence with standard Microsoft software packages, CRM program and databases.
  • Excellent administration skills.
