This role is an exciting opportunity with a market leading business in the modular field who are going through a hug growth period with some exciting projects .

ObjectivesAs Commercial Manager you will lead the commercial aspects of the DIO projects that manifest from the CCS framework from beginning to end.

You will support and mentor the QS's that are working on the DIO projects, and you will be a key member of the framework team.

Responsibilities to our Every Step Safely Health, Safety and Wellbeing inductions, policies, and framework team in managing against the framework principles, ensure the business is compliant on commercial contract negotiationsthe lead on KPI obtaining and mentor the project teams to deliver strong risk and commercial management of supply chain and the effectively Managing Risk on the the effective resolution of contractual and commercial disputes the delivery of timely and accurate Cashflow, Cost to Complete, Risk and CVR reporting.monthly project reviews.closely with the Head of commercial to embed and expand standard procedures and project lessons learnt from a commercial support the project gateway adjudications.closely with all areas of the business, as required to ensure the project / sector other DIO / business opportunities from a commercial, lessons learnt, risk, continuous improvement perspective.

Qualifications (Desirable)years in a similar role or demonstration of achievement of Key Duties and responsibilitiesdesirableor equivalent in Quantity surveying or similarExperience (Essential)in modern methods of construction (MMC)in working with the working as a commercial manager / taking the lead on main contract administration.
