Our clients, well-respected Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their busy team in Oakham.

The ideal applicant will need to have experience and a proven track record in Sales/Lettings valuations and strong management skills.

Working hours of a Sales Manager:

Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays

In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager:

Up to £22,500 basic

- £45,000 OTE first year
- £52,000 OTE second year

Company car or car allowance
Full support from the Director

Our clients are looking for a Sales Manager who has the following attributes:

Fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales/lettings
Drive and determination
Genuine interest in people and helping them on their journey
Great work ethic
Full UK driving license
Great customer service skills

Key tasks of a Sales Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
Have a good knowledge of your local market developing a reputation for being an expert in your field
Work closely with your team
Winning valuations in both Sales & Lettings
Progressing sales to completion
Leading by example
