- Experience in multiple trades such as Cap and cove flooring-wet rooms disabled adaptations, Carpentry & Joinery and Plumbing
- Preferably experience in Tiling, Painting & Decorating
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- Be a great team player as well possess the ability to work well under your own initiative

About the Role
:As a Multi Skilled Operative with MPS, you'll work on our Major Repairs contract working in tenanted properties, supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from 'job' to 'job', on your planned route.
You will be working in a team to mainly fit Bathrooms and Kitchens however, will also be responsible for a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks. You'll need plenty of previous experience and a positive 'can do' attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key.
