Are you looking for a new opportunity within a growing company and working within a Customer Services position? If you are looking for a position where you can focus on customer service, quotations and order management, this could be the position for you


The Customer Account Executive will:

  • Be a lead point of contact at head office for customer inquiries and account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and our sales team
  • Provide timely and accurate information and pricing to customers
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and enquiries
  • Maintain efficient and accurate electronic filing systems
  • Ensure that customer complaints are logged and that other issues or given feedback from customer is shared with the wider business
  • Discuss and process customer returns
  • Make sure company policy is adhered to
  • Help to develop internal company processes to ensure efficiency can be maintained
  • Progress late deliveries with our various operations departments via the planning team

To be considered the Customer Account Executive will:

  • Be computer literate and be confident on Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Maintain fantastic customer service skill and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Be highly numerate with an understanding of profitability/margins
  • Providing excellent and highly professional customer service
  • Work well under pressure and be able to meet company targets
  • Have excelled administration skills
  • Be able to think outside the box and be able to plan ahead
