An exciting opportunity to join the sales team with a 5* new homes developer as Sales Consultant, selling brand new homes across the region.


Role Purpose


You will provide an outstanding customer experience to customers looking to purchase a brand new home, assisting them with their home purchase from reservation through to completion and beyond.


The Role
You will be responsible for sales activities on new homes developments in the region, reporting to the Sales Manager.

You will effectively respond to enquiries, book and complete viewing appointments, and assist customers in selecting their brand new home that meets their requirements.

Helping customers choose their internal fixtures and fittings is also an enjoyable part to this role. You will deliver excellent customer service and build good relationships with customers and colleagues.


Your Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


  • You will be an experienced Sales Advisor/Negotiator/Consultant/Executive within the new homes or similar industry
  • You'll ideally have experience selling new homes
  • Understand the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion and beyond
  • Experienced in maintaining excellent sales area and product presentation at all times
  • Experience using CRM systems to record information
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Passion for new homes and the housebuilding industry
  • Strong team player, with the ability to also work autonomously

Salary:
circa £25,000 basic plus commission OTE up to £50,000.


Location:
New homes developments in Dorset


Contract:
Full time permanent position, Thursday to Monday, to include weekends and bank holidays.
