This brand new role will give you the opportunity to really break ground in the Owned Channels space being our first Senior Campaign Marketing Specialist in the UK You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and have the opportunity to help shape the future of Owned Channels in Europe


The role will report directly into our Owned Channels Marketing Manager in the US but will be based in Egham, Surrey.

Hybrid working optional (currently 2 days office, 3 days home. Subject to change)


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the day to day ideation, management and execution of Owned Channel initiatives across EU
  • Partner with Marketing Brand Managers and/or other internal teams and external agency partners to design owned channel communications
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for continual improvement of marketing to targeted customer sets
  • Manage marketing workflows and coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure that owned channel campaigns meet deadlines and corporate standards/requirements
  • Proactively monitor marketing metrics (e.g. open rates/clickthrough/deliverability/etc.) and provide analysis of campaigns, making recommendations for enhancing effectiveness.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Provide insight and recommendations on new technology as it relates to owned channels marketing
  • Maintain current knowledge of owned channel best practices as well as GDPR laws to meet all compliance requirements
  • Manage third party agency partners

Qualifications:


  • Successful track record with Owned Channel marketing
  • At least 5 years' marketing experience
  • Experience analysing marketing metrics
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritise to complete work on a timely basis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of employees and management
  • Thrives in a team based collaborative environment
  • Excellent organisation and timemanagement skills

Hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum dependent on experience


Location:
Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB/Hybrid (Plenty of free on site parking and approx. 10 minutes walk from Egham station)
