Estimator/Account Manager (Digital Printing) - Up to £35,000 - Leicester
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm - Permanent
Henderson Brown is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established marketing agency based in Leicester.
The key objective is to hold a background Estimating/Account Management background in either Litho or Digital print.
Main Responsibilities
*Provide an excellent level of customer service to existing and new customers.
*Liaise between your customers and the shop floor printing department.
*Dealing with any problems that arise from quotations submitted.
*Providing customers with accurate quotations based on their print requirements.
*Regularly advising customers on different print types including Large Format/Digital/Litho print.
*Attend weekly meetings to discuss job and client feedback with the sales team.
*Provide in-depth handovers between departments when an estimate becomes an order.
*Strong Litho/Digital Printing background.
*Previous experience as an Estimator/Account Manager within the printing industry.
*Able to handle multiple sales quotations from new and existing customers.
*Comfortable operating Microsoft Office skills such as Excel.
