    PPC Lead (in-house)

    Northampton

    £38k - £45k + Bonus (Circa 20%)

    We are working with a well-known ecommerce business in Northampton who are undergoing exciting times as part of takeover by a National retail brand; and subsequently, investing heavily into their Digital Marketing.

    Currently they operate a PPC budget of around £1.5m per annum, focusing heavily on Google Shopping, and this is likely to double in the next 12 months along with incorporating Paid Social. It's a very profitable area of their business already, so they are ready to grow it.

    Therefore their Head of Digital Marketing has created this PPC Specialist role, to lead their Paid Media strategy across multiple web brands, into what will be an exciting 2024 for them and you. They are moving to new larger premises in Northampton in a few months and it has plenty of room for expansion.

    Once embedded into the business, you will also get the opportunity to grow a small PPC team to support the growth. This will likely be in around 12 months, so it's important you're happy being hands-on with managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns yourself in the meantime.

    Working alongside their SEO Specialist, you'll be given full autonomy to grow this area of the business for them and we feel this represents a great career opportunity for any PPC Executive or Specialist who is looking for a route into a PPC Manager type role.

    In terms of your background, we're looking to interview Paid Search specialists with proven, commercial success in running large budget PPC campaigns. This could be in an Agency or In-house; essentially it will be about you and your talent.

    You will have expertise across Google Ads and Analytics and ideally, some commercially experience across other Paid Media areas too - including Social, Programmatic, Display - and be the type who follows industry news and events to keep yourself informed of the latest trends.
